The maximum speed limit for helicopters varies depending on the type of helicopter and its design. Generally, most helicopters have a maximum speed limit of around 150-160 knots (173-184 mph or 278-296 km/h). However, some specialized military and experimental helicopters can reach speeds of over 200 knots (230 mph or 370 km/h). It's important to note that these speeds are for level flight and may vary based on altitude and other factors. **

Some popular series with helicopters include "Airwolf," which follows a high-tech helicopter and its crew on various missions, and "Magnum, P.I.," which features a private investigator who often uses a helicopter for transportation and surveillance. Another series with helicopters is "Blue Thunder," which centers around a high-tech police helicopter and its crew as they fight crime in a futuristic setting. These series often showcase the versatility and capabilities of helicopters in various action-packed scenarios. **

Some actors do learn to fly helicopters for specific roles in movies or TV shows that require them to pilot a helicopter on screen. However, it is not a common skill among actors, and most helicopter flying scenes are typically performed by professional stunt pilots or experienced helicopter pilots. Actors may undergo training to simulate the actions of flying a helicopter, but the actual flying is usually done by trained professionals for safety reasons. **

Helicopters are steered by changing the pitch of the main rotor blades. By adjusting the pitch of the blades, the pilot can control the direction of flight. Additionally, helicopters have a tail rotor or anti-torque system that helps counteract the torque produced by the main rotor, allowing the helicopter to rotate and steer in different directions. Pilots use the cyclic control to tilt the main rotor in the desired direction, the collective control to change the overall lift produced by the rotor, and the pedals to control the tail rotor for yaw control. **

Helicopters are versatile aircraft that can perform a wide range of tasks. They are commonly used for transportation, search and rescue operations, firefighting, aerial photography, and military operations. Helicopters are also used for medical evacuations, offshore oil rig support, and as a means of transportation for VIPs. Their ability to hover and maneuver in tight spaces makes them valuable for a variety of missions. **

Stationary helicopters, also known as hovering helicopters, are helicopters that are able to remain in a fixed position in the air without moving forward, backward, or sideways. This is achieved by using the helicopter's rotor blades to generate lift and counteract the force of gravity. Stationary helicopters are often used for tasks such as search and rescue, aerial photography, and surveillance, where the ability to hover in one place is essential. **

Helicopters exist because they provide a unique capability for vertical takeoff and landing, as well as the ability to hover in place. This makes them well-suited for a variety of tasks such as search and rescue, medical evacuation, firefighting, and military operations. Helicopters also offer the flexibility to access remote or rugged terrain that may be inaccessible to fixed-wing aircraft. Overall, helicopters serve as a valuable tool for transportation, emergency response, and specialized missions. **

Some popular TV series that feature helicopters include "Airwolf," which follows a high-tech military helicopter and its crew on various missions, and "Magnum, P.I.," where the main character often uses a helicopter for transportation and surveillance. Additionally, "M*A*S*H" prominently features helicopters as a key element of the show's setting and plot, as it is set in a mobile army surgical hospital during the Korean War. **
